That older computer seems to be running either Windows 10 or We now up to Windows 10 I recommend you try upgrading to the latest version on that particular machine. It stays that way for a few minutes then auto shutsdown the app and no error is given. I tried to reinstall the app as well as run that troubleshooter. The only problem it keeps identifying is to reset the store app to resolve cache and licensing issue.
